How to prepare CERELAC Baby Rice Infant Cereal
Wash your hands before preparing infant rice cereal. Make sure all utensils (spoon, bowl) are thoroughly clean. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Measure 60mL and pour lukewarm water into your baby’s bowl. Water can be substituted with baby’s usual milk if desired^. Add 15g of CERELAC infant rice cereal approx. 2 AU tablespoons. Stir until the rice cereal is smooth and feed immediately using a clean spoon. Always test the temperature before feeding. Do not keep unfinished portions of baby cereal.
^ When prepared with breast milk, the infant rice cereal may become more watery. Reduce quantity of breast milk added to achieve desired consistency.
Extra nutrients will be provided if made up with breast milk or infant formula.

Before opening store baby rice cereal in a cool dry place. Close the pack tightly after each use and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Use this baby rice cereal within 30 days after opening.
